Terms of Service for Car Location (Including Lifetime In-App Purchase)

Welcome to Car Location ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using Car Location, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Car Location helps users save parking spots, view parking history, share saved locations, create vehicle profiles, and manage parking reminders. Features such as saving parking spots, parking history, sharing locations, car profiles, and parking meter alarms are part of the app experience.
1. Use of the App
You agree to use Car Location only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App without permission
Abuse premium features, subscriptions, or purchases
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
2. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Car Location offers optional In-App Purchases, including a Lifetime Premium Access purchase.
Lifetime Purchase
The Lifetime Purchase provides one-time payment access to eligible premium features for the lifetime of the app on the supported platform and account used for purchase.
This may include features such as:
Unlimited parking history
Advanced saved location management
Premium navigation experience
Ad-free experience
Future premium upgrades where applicable
Important Notes
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the App, not the lifetime of the user
Purchases are managed by the Google Play Store
Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies
Lifetime purchases are non-transferable between accounts unless supported by Google Play restoration policies
We reserve the right to modify premium features while maintaining reasonable equivalent value
3. Location Services
The App uses device location services to save and display your parked car position.
By using the App, you grant permission for location access where required. You may disable location permissions in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.
Accuracy depends on GPS, internet availability, and device settings.
4. User Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We do not sell personal user data to third parties.
Some features may require access to:
Location
Notifications
Storage (for profile images or saved content)
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
5. Advertisements
The free version of the App may display advertisements.
Users who purchase eligible premium or lifetime access may receive an ad-free experience where specified.
We are not responsible for third-party advertising content shown through ad providers.
6. Availability of Service
We aim to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may:
Update features
Improve performance
Fix bugs
Remove outdated functionality
Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Perfect parking location accuracy
Continuous GPS precision
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Lost parking locations
Missed parking meter alerts
Navigation errors
Indirect or incidental damages
Financial loss resulting from use of the App
including parking fines, towing fees, or similar issues.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our Blogspot page. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
